Driving Directions to Away Meets

Berlin: Take 91 south to Exit 22N, 9 North, New Britain. Take Exit 22, 5/15 South, New Haven.
Take a right off the exit. At the next light take a right and stay in the right lane. At the next light, take a right onto Mill Street (which turns into Farmington Ave) and follow for a mile or so until you go under the railroad underpass (Dairy Queen will be in front of you). You will come to a blinking light. Go straight through the light and continue until you reach a stop sign. There will be a pond in front of you. Take a left onto Percival Ave. The pool is approx. 1/4 mile on the left. Google Map

Central Connecticut State University: Take 91 South to 84 West to Exit 39A, to Rte. 9 South.
Get off Exit 29 and take a right at the end of the exit ramp onto Ella T. Grasso Boulevard.
At the Second traffic light, take a left into the football stadium parking lot on the left. Google Map

East Hartford Middle School Pool: Take I-91 South to exit 35a (I-291 East). Continue east over Bissell Bridge to Tolland Tpke, exit 5.  Turn right onto Tolland Tpke.  Go 1 mile. Turn left onto Long Hill Dr.  Go .3 miles.  Turn right onto Burnside Ave.  Go .5 miles.  Arrive at 777 Burnside Ave.  Middle School is on the left.

Enfield (Fermi High School): Take I-91 North to Exit 48 (Elm Street).  At the end of the ramp, take a right.  Follow straight on this road.  At the 7th light, fork to the right.  You will pass a 7-11 store.  At the 2nd light, take a right (onto North Maple).  Fermi H.S. will be on the left.  Take the 2nd left into the parking lot.  The pool is towards the back of the building. Glastonbury High School: Take I-91 South to Route 84 East to Route 2.  Take lefthand exit, Exit 7 (Portland/Route 17).  Road will fork once more, follow to the left (New London Turnpike).  Go straight at stop sign (pass Ford car dealer on your left).  At first light take right onto Hubbard St. and then first left into the parking lot of the high school. Manchester High School: Take I-91 South to I-291 East to I-84 East.  Take Exit 63 (Routes 30 & 83).  Go straight through first light and follow this road straight (you will pass over railroad tracks about half way).  Take a left onto East Middle Turnpike.  High school is on your right.  Parking lot is around the corner to your right. Middletown (Woodrow Wilson Middle School) Vet's Swim Team: Take I-91 South to Exit 22.  Take Route 9 South.  From Route 9 South take Exit 13 merging on to Route 17 South.  At the light take a left remaining on CT-17 South.  Continue through two stoplights on Route 17 then bear left (at the blinking stoplight) on to Farm Hill Road.  Take the fourth left on to Russell St.  At the first stop sign take a right onto Hunting Hill Ave.  Woodrow Wilson Middle School is on your left.  The pool is located just through the set of glass doors on the left side of the school when facing the building. Middletown High School: Take I-91 South.  At exit 22 merge onto route 9 South.  Take exit 19 off of route 9 South towards route 372.  Take a right at the end of the ramp (you are briefly on route 372) and then a left onto route 3 South (Shunpike Road)  there will be a Stop & Shop on the right.  Continue on route 3 South for a mile and three quarters.  At a stoplight turn right onto LaRosa Lane.  The school really is the only thing on the street.  You may park on either side of the building in the parking lots.  The entrance to the pool is on the back side of the building through a set of glass doors.  (NOTE:  When using electronic directions to Middletown High School you may need to use 680 Newfield Street  (not 200 LaRosa Lane) as some electronic directions have not updated for the schools new address. )  Google Map

Newington High School: Take I-91 South through Hartford to Exit 28 (5, 15-Berlin Tpke).  Follow to Exit labeled 175 West (Newington/New Britain).  Go right at end of the ramp.  Follow down the hill.  At approximately the third light (past the town hall), turn right onto Willard Ave.  Newington H.S. is about 1/4 mile on the left. Rocky Hill High School: I-91 South to Exit 24 (Silas Deane HW - Rt 99).  Bear right at the end of the ramp.   Follow until you see the McDonalds on the left side (1-2 miles).  Turn right onto Parsonage.  Take first left onto Hapen. High School is on the right. Google Map

Simsbury (Simsbury Farms): Take Park Ave Route 178 in Windsor toward Bloomfield.  Park Ave becomes Mountain Ave, and then Loeffler Rd.  At the end take a right onto Route 185.  At the end of Route 185. Turn Right onto Route 10/202.   At second light (not counting the ones at the 185/10&202 intersection) take a left onto Stratton Brook Road.  On Stratton Brook you will cross over Bushy Hill and Farms Village Road.  After crossing over Farms Village, you will be on Old Farms Road.  Simsbury Farms is 1 mile down Old Farms Road on the right. South Windsor - Veterans Pool: I-91 South to exit 35a (I-291 East).  Continue east over the Bissell Bridge to Rt 5 exit. Turn left onto Rt 5 heading North.  After going under the highway and through light, continue to the second light which is Pleasant Valley.  Turn right, follow straight through the stop sign, and pool is on the right just past the stop sign. Springfield Jewish Community Center: Take I-91 North to Exit 49.  Go right at the end of the ramp onto Rt. 5 North.  Travel 3 miles to the 9th traffic light.  Turn right onto Converse Street.  The J.C.C. is 1.2 miles on the left.  (1160 Dickinson Street, Springfield) Google Map

University of Connecticut: Take Route I-84 East to Exit 68 (Route 195).  Take a right at the end of the exit.  Follow Route 195 for 7 miles to the center of the campus.  At the first traffic light at the bottom of the hill, turn right.  Bear left at the fork and turn left at the stop sign.  The pool is to the right of Gampel Pavilion. West Hartford - Cornerstone Aquatics Center: I-84 West to Exit 40 (New Britain Ave, Corbins Corner). Turn right at the first light onto Ridgewood Rd. (No Sign), Before Channel 30 station.  At the third light, turn Left onto Sedgwick Rd.  Follow around the corner and turn Left onto Buena Vista.  Pool is up ahead on the left.

West Hartford JCC: From I-91 (North or Southbound): Get off at exit 35 A-B, CT Route 218. Head west on CT Route 218 and follow CT Route 218 for about 3.75 miles. Turn left onto Bloomfield Ave / CT Route 189. Go 1.25 miles, and turn right onto Abrahms Blvd. Turn left into the JCC parking lot.

Windsor Locks High School: Take I-91 North to Windsor Locks exit (exit before crossing the Connecticut River).  Take a left at the end of the ramp.  Go under highway, take a left onto South St. (about the second street, small restaurant on the corner), and follow straight for a mile until you see a small school on your right.  Pass school and turn right into the driveway.  High school is straight ahead. Wethersfield High School: From North:  Take I-91 South through Hartford.  Take Exit 25S, go to the 3rd light and take a right onto the Silas Deane Highway.  At the next light take a left onto Wells Road.  At the first light, take a right onto Wolcott Hill Road.  School is one-quarter mile up on the left.  The auditorium entrance is located near the lower parking lot.
