this summer! Welcome back to our
Winter swimmers, past season swimmers... and
anyone else thinking of joining!
Our
Winter 2011-2012 season
is underway. The
registration form is linked below.
Also, please take note of these important
dates, that are also printed on the
registration form.

Registration & fees for All
Returning Swimmers, by mail: September 12th.

Registration & fees for New
swimmers: Due at try-outs;
Checks are cashed only after the swimmer
is accepted onto the team.

Try-outs are for Windsor
Swimmers: TBD - mid October.
(Notifications are made at the pool)

Try-outs are for Out of
Town Swimmers: TBD - mid October.
(Notifications will be made during
the weekend (TBD)

A $25 late fee is required
for registrations after the above
deadlines.

Please note that fees are
non-refundable after October 31st.
A written request by e-mail or letter
must be received by the board by this
date.

Checklist for
Registration:

Fill in/print (or print and fill

Provide 2 checks: one with fee
payment and a separate one for the work
deposit.

for mail-ins.

(New swimmers - bring the above to
the try-out.)

Indicate which committees you
would like participate with (2nd page of
form)

Indicate how you can assist at the
fundraising swim meet in January

Sign waiver with each participants
name listed.
